Dental Implant Broken Screw Bone Remover 20Pcs Kit Surgical Instrument

This kit provides tools designed to assist in the removal of fractured screws from fixtures. It consists of a series of instruments to address different screw sizes and scenarios.

1. Claw
The Claw is used to remove fractured screws inside the fixture. After selecting the appropriate size, connect the guide to the fixture (Conical/Internal/External Guide) and use the Shank Driver to rotate in reverse. If the fractured screw cannot be removed with the Claw, the Reverse Drill and Screw Remover can be used.

2. Reverse Drill
This tool creates a hole on the fractured face of the screw, enabling the use of the Screw Remover. After selecting the appropriate Reverse Drill, connect the guide (Conical/Internal/External Guide). The drill depth is adjustable from 1 mm to 3 mm, with markings on the drill body.

3. Screw Remover
The Screw Remover is used to remove fractured screws after a hole has been made using the Reverse Drill. The remover should be rotated at a low speed (below 80 rpm) in reverse direction. Its tapered shape increases friction, helping to loosen the screw.

4. Shank Driver
The Shank Driver connects to the Screw Remover, allowing the tool to be operated using a hand, Torque Wrench, or Ratchet.

5. Guide & PG Hand Driver
The Guide is used with the Reverse Drill to assist in the removal of fractured screws located in the lower part of the female screw inside the fixture. It connects to the PG Hand Driver and features a stop structure to prevent the Reverse Drill from drilling beyond 2 mm.

6. Conical, Internal, External Guide
These guides are used when the Perfect Guide is not suitable or when the screw is fractured more than 2 mm deep inside the fixture. Select the appropriate guide based on the fixture type.

7. SR Driver Holder
This tool can be attached to the fixture by connecting it to the 3.5 Double Hex part of the Conical, Internal, or External Guide.
