Air Pressure Regulator:
This pressure cooker includes a built-in air pressure regulator. The air valve on the regulator allows the user to monitor, adjust, and set the pressure (psi). After the target pressure is set, the tank maintains that level. If pressure falls below the set point, the regulator automatically activates to restore it.
